NovaKleen is a young Belgian startup reinventing roof & façade cleaning through technology, speed and smarter methods (eco-friendly products, soft washing, drone spraying).

Now we’re looking for someone who wants a dynamic, physical, creative, and entrepreneurial role.

🎯 What You’ll Actually Do

This isn’t a one-task role. It’s a hybrid field + innovation + operations job where you learn fast and do different things every week. This can evolve fast.

You will:

• Work with our technicians on site (60-70% of the job - setup, cleaning, spraying, protecting the client’s property).
• Fly and assist with drones (20–30% of the job — the fun part, not the whole job).
• Learn eco-cleaning methods and operate tech-forward equipment.
• Help create before/after content for marketing (short videos, onsite clips).
• Join small internal R&D experiments — testing new tools, methods, workflows, or tech.
• Contribute ideas that actually get implemented.
• See the impact of your work immediately — buildings transformed in hours.
• Occasionally work on high-profile homes and unique architectural roofs.
• Be part of a crew building a modern brand in a boring industry.
